Tracy “SiFu Star” Laidlaw began training in martial arts in 1991 and is now a 5th degree blackbelt trained in: Arnis de Mano, Boxing, Capoeira, Grappling, Karate, Kick-Boxing and Numani (Women’s Art of Self Defense). She earned her aerobics instructors certificate in 1990 and was a certified EMT for the state of Kansas in 1994-1995.
Jason “Negus Apollos” Laidlaw began training in martial arts in 1989 and is now a 7th degree blackbelt trained in: Arnis de Mano, Boxing, Capoeira, Grappling, Karate, Kick-Boxing and Numani (Women’s Art of Self Defense). He was a certified EMT for the state of Kansas in 1994-1995 and still maintains his CPR certification.
